📋 Description

• Coordinate and monitor offline fieldwork execution and study materials
• Track project progress and ensure field activities meet timelines
• Maintain project documentation, fieldwork records, and reports
• Serve as primary operational contact for fieldwork vendors
• Monitor vendor performance, quality, and compliance with standards
• Provide operational updates to project teams and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, business, or related field
• 2–5 years experience in market research operations or fieldwork
• Experience managing offline data collection and vendors
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Working-level English proficiency, written and verbal
