• Redesign vendor contracts and frameworks to meet business needs.
• Define, implement KPIs and SLAs to drive performance.
• Establish governance, reporting, and change control processes.
• Improve visibility of vendor performance, contracts, and costs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver transformation.

• Proven vendor management or outsourcing transformation experience.
• Contract management, vendor performance, and governance experience.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and cost-data interpretation skills.
• Experience across Procurement, Finance, Real Estate, and others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
