📋 Description

• Manage assigned event technology projects throughout the full lifecycle, developing a clear
• Ensure accurate and timely initial system configuration and event setup, while supporting iterative
• Provide consultative guidance and hands-on assistance to clients, including troubleshooting complex
• Train and advise clients on effective use of event technology, helping them align product
• Ensure clients are effectively connected with available product education resources and understand
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on effective implementation and use of event products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of client-facing professional experience, preferably in a technology, SaaS, events, or
• Knowledge of the trade show industry and/or professional associations is expected.
• Strong requirements-analysis capabilities, including the ability to translate business needs into
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
