📋 Description

• Provides leadership to the project team.
• Manages schedules and scope of work.
• Identifies stakeholders and manages expectations.
• Oversees budget, procurement, change orders and invoicing.
• Monitors progress and reports status.
• Coordinates with consultants, subcontractors, and construction managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience required.
• Alternatively, 10 years PM experience with PMP/CAPM can substitute.
• Strong familiarity with PM practices, methods and techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat.
• General knowledge of high voltage substations or transmission lines is preferred.
