📋 Description

• Define project design and engineering planning for assigned projects.
• Lead system, equipment, and technology installations, ensuring safe integration, commissioning
• Assess project processes and resolves operational or technical issues.
• Deliver operational improvements, business value delivery, and site production efficiency through
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Deliver high-quality technical outputs for complex projects and programs; defines and validates

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge typically obtained through advanced education and experience; with a Bachelors
• Experience in drug substance, drug product, biologics and/or aseptic sterile fill finish is
• Project Management experience is required with specific experience in start up is preferred (PMP
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross functionally with successful teams in a GMP manufacturing
• Travel up to 50% during the initial start up phase of the project.
