Project Manager

📋 Description

• Support project definition in sales; approve SOW, quotes, contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, teams, and customers.
• Define scope, milestones, impact, resources and outcomes; secure agreement.
• Forecast and manage billing milestones tied to deliverables.
• Develop project plans, budgets and teams; schedule activities.
• Assign work, delegate, and lead the project team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Norwegian is mandatory.
• Extensive PM experience, preferably IT/software projects.
• Experience with PRINCE2 or PMI methodologies.
• Delivery on budget and on time, including revenue targets.
• Strong communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.
• MS Projects, Teamwork and MS Office experience.
