📋 Description

• Organize and facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
• Plan capacity, track velocity, and monitor sprint and release progress.
• Improve team efficiency, focus, and reduce incidents.
• Maintain data in agile tools for backlog transparency and status.
• Initiate and implement process improvements for the team.
• Help form realistic commitments based on capacity and priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence and MS Project.
• Experience building and improving Scrum processes.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management, including executives.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven mindset.
