📋 Description

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans for priority Medication Contracting initiatives
• Own and continuously improve Medication Contracting portfolio-management processes and support
• Coordinate regular portfolio updates from negotiators and functional owners, identify gaps or
• Partner with Clinical Strategy Leads to connect individual health-plan priorities to the broader
• Lead weekly Medication Contracting stand-ups, including preparing agendas, aligning the team on
• Partner with the Medication Contracting Chief of Staff and Business Analyst to maintain operating

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs, with strong project-management
• Experience designing, configuring, and improving CRM capabilities to support unique business
• Experience applying AI and automation to business workflows to reduce manual work, improve
• Comfort working with data, operating metrics, and reporting to understand portfolio performance and
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex
• Experience supporting the implementation of new processes, tools, capabilities, or operating
