📋 Description

• Coordinate HR IT initiatives across the HR applications landscape.
• Support HR systems projects from requirements to implementation.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to deliver HR tech improvements.
• Work with Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse and related platforms.
• Own assigned workstreams with clear updates on progress and risks.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve HR processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, CS or related field.
• 2-4 years IT project coordination, business analysis, HR systems support.
• System-oriented with self-learning ability to understand complex systems.
• Exposure to HR apps like Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
