Manages Biometrics project teams from start-up to closeout.
Oversees multiple biometrics projects across Data Management, Biostatistics, Programming, Medical Writing.
Primary liaison between clients, vendors, and project teams.
Develops timelines, milestones, and action items; tracks progress.
Manages budgets, accruals, and timely invoicing.
Identifies risks and escalates issues as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences; MBA or PMP preferred.
3+ years Pharma/CRO project management experience.
Knowledge of Biometrics services and inter-dependencies.
Knowledge of FDA regulations, drug development, PM processes; ICH/GCP.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written; team player and customer-focused.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Project.
