📋 Description

• Act as liaison between customer, company, and manufacturer.
• Coordinate logistics for delivery, commissioning, startup, and warranty.
• Provide equipment documentation to contractors, customers, and end users.
• Create processes to facilitate warranty activity.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices within budget.
• Participate in site walk-throughs and warranty discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in project management in the construction trades.
• Construction-related degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 products.
• Effective time management.
• Ability to read, understand, organize, and influence project schedules.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
