Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree
3 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in the electric utility or emergency
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, including rapid mobilization and
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is advantageous
