📋 Description

• Lead customer implementations from onboarding to go-live.
• Coordinate internal teams to meet scope and deadlines.
• Create and maintain onboarding, planning, budgeting, and change docs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaboration.
• Ensure customers receive timely project status updates and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of PMI project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• 3+ years leading large external IT/Healthcare projects
• PMP preferred
• Salesforce or CRM experience
• Google Suite and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Up to 20% travel
