📋 Description

• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery of project deliverables.
• Manage external resource partners as needed.
• Proactively escalate issues and propose solutions to management.
• Develop SOWs in collaboration with the manager.
• Follow internal procedures and use PM tools (Mavenlink, Ziflow, Slack, Teams).
• Keep organized project files and communicate deadlines to the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years in Pharmaceutical Marketing & Advertising.
• Manages mid-complexity multichannel projects from concept to deployment.
• Communicates updates for internal status meetings and project plans changes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong daily execution.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with Adobe Acrobat and PM tools (MS Project/Workfront).
