📋 Description

• Integrated project schedule and deliverable ownership for the assigned FEL phase, including
• Core project management documents: Project Execution Plan, Project Charter, stage-gate checklists
• Cross-functional integration of land, licensing, permitting, interconnection, engineering
• Risk and fatal-flaw management: maintain the project risk register, drive mitigations to closure
• Stage-gate preparation and governance: deliverable completeness reviews, gate package assembly, and
• Cost performance management against approved budgets, including coordination on estimates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of project management experience on large capital projects, including 3+ years in
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams within a stage-gate or phase-gate
• Working knowledge of project controls fundamentals: CPM scheduling, cost estimate classification
• Strong executive-level written communication; proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS
