📋 Description

• Develop and maintain project timelines; hit milestones
• Partner with leads to ensure client feedback stays in scope
• Manage schedules and timelines; clearly communicate next steps
• Circulate status updates and meetings for task clarity
• Collaborate with Creative/Resource teams on staffing and allocations
• Flag staffing conflicts and changes as they arise

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8+ years of agency or similar PM experience
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams
• Experience managing complex projects on fast timelines
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Able to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with creative process across funnel and digital/video
