📋 Description

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of customer implementation projects, from initial kickoff through
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, resource plans, and delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, integration specialists
• Proactively identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and
• Manage customer expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle and maintain strong
• Drive adherence to established implementation methodologies, delivery standards, and project

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of project management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, ERP, fintech, or software
• Proven track record of delivering complex software or technology projects on time and within budget.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with enterprise customers across multiple geographies and manage
• Strong project planning, organization, prioritization, risk management, and budget management
• Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship-building abilities, including confidence

🎁 Benefits

• Estimated base salary range of $125,000–$135,000 USD.
