📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of new initiatives and working groups
• Manage projects from concept through launch and improvement
• Build engagement strategies, including funnels and community growth
• Coordinate creation and operation of new councils with stakeholders
• Develop structured processes to improve efficiency and consistency
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management
• Proven experience creating new initiatives, communities, or programs
• Experience managing online events from planning to execution
• Strong process-oriented mindset to improve workflows
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner
