🎯 Requirements

• University degree in engineering or CS or equivalent technology degree (preferred)
• 2-4 years IT project management or IT-related experience
• Understanding of application programming, internet, database and system design
• English proficiency (C1 level or higher)
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks
• Proactive, communicative, customer-service oriented and performance driven
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
• Strong negotiation skills; safeguard the company's interests
• Excellent situational leadership; take initiative and accountability
• Cultural awareness; able to work with an international team
• Optional: PMP or Prince certificate
• Optional: Scrum Master certificate
