📋 Description

  • Manage artist assignments and production requirements end-to-end
  • Break down shots and VFX requirements precisely
  • Organize dailies, rounds, meetings and tasks
  • Update data, shot statuses, notes in Shotgrid timely
  • Maintain schedules and milestones; communicate changes
  • Oversee client deliveries and postings of temps/finals

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Shotgrid (project software)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Proven project management experience in fast-paced env
  • Ability to liaise and collaborate with artists, producers and clients
  • Extremely organized; anticipate production problems
