Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from project establishment and design
• Act as the key day-to-day advisor to clients, consultants and contractors, ensuring strong
• Coordinate and manage consultant performance, design development and project delivery activities to
• Manage procurement processes, including tender documentation, contractor engagement, tender
• Administer contracts, monitor programme delivery, manage risks and drive project performance across
• Prepare project reporting, communicate risks and opportunities, and provide clear recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in project management within construction, property, infrastructure or
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects through multiple stages of the project lifecycle
• Sound knowledge of project planning, procurement, budgeting, contract administration and risk
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Motivated, eager learner with initiative and a 'can do' attitude.
