Coordinate projects and execute standard research studies.
Accurately transfer client confirmed inputs into internal questionnaire authoring platforms ready
Complete quality checks on research materials including questionnaire and survey links to ensure
Manage & update documents and materials across platforms.
Liaise with other client success team members, programming and vendors to ensure project progress
Manage sampling and quota requirements on the survey/router platform.

🎯 Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a University degree in any field
Min 3+ years exp
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g., Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent command of written and spoken English. An added advantage for the ability to communicate
An effective communicator
Good attention to detail - high accuracy and thoroughness
