📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives from strategy through delivery.
• Manage multi-phase releases across engineering, product, compliance, and operations.
• Own agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming, standups.
• Define milestones, manage dependencies, ensure timely high-quality deliverables.
• Drive GTM across legal, sales, compliance, and operations.
• Set clear goals, measurable outcomes, and adaptable plans in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in technical settings with multiple teams.
• Background in brokerage, asset management, or payments processing.
• Proven success delivering fintech/trading/brokerage initiatives.
• Ability to manage dependencies and prioritize competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional influence.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
