Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day execution across multiple program workstreams to meet the plan.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and transitions of augmented cybersecurity staff.
• Serve as primary operational contact; resolve issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain program docs: plans, RACI, risk logs, issues, SOPs.
• Track resource utilization, attendance, and performance; surface trends.
• Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, and governance materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years PM experience, incl. 1–2 years in staff augmentation or managed services.
• Experience in cybersecurity industry (SOC, GRC, security engineering, MDR).
• Proven ability to coordinate logistics across large, distributed teams.
• Strong organizational skills; maintain accurate program docs and trackers.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
• Agile or hybrid project delivery experience.
