Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end LogicMonitor implementations on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, from standard to enterprise deployments.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to maximize business value.
• Develop project plans, align stakeholders, proactively manage risks.
• Drive operational excellence and improve delivery methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Support, Solutions Eng, PS to ensure outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of PM experience in software/SaaS/observability/IT ops or enterprise tech, preferably customer-facing.
• Knowledge of PM principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices; manage scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in complex customer environments and deliver outcomes.
• Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Mavenlink or similar.
• AI exposure a plus; PMP/CSM/CAPM preferred but not required.
