Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage customer-facing LogicMonitor implementation projects from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate project activities and deliverables with customers and internal teams.
• Track progress across multiple projects to stay on schedule and budget.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers to align scope and priorities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Asana, Mavenlink, or Confluence.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years managing software/SaaS/infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical/business audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex customer environments.
• Familiar with Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Mavenlink, or similar tools.
• PMP/CAPM/CSM certifications preferred but not required.
