Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing Ripple Treasury solution implementations, managing scope
• Serve as the point of contact for client project team members, building trust and ensuring
• Create and maintain detailed project plans in accordance with Ripple Treasury’s project management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to align
• Coordinate delivery across multiple Latin American countries and the United States, spanning time
• Manage bank connectivity and integration workstreams across Latin American and US banking partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing project management, preferably within a SaaS or B2B
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence client team members
• Experience leading multiple sophisticated projects simultaneously, often with remote resources and
• Technical competence and understanding of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or financial software
• Demonstrated capability to proactively recognize, monitor, and handle project risks and issues.
