📋 Description

• Own concurrent deployment projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Manage budgets, milestones, and flag risks early.
• Primary escalation point for customer accounts and issues.
• Generate quotes using pricing models and customer needs.
• Meet or exceed PMO KPIs and drive team performance.
• Collaborate with vendors and customers to ensure success.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of project management or coordination experience.
• Customer-facing experience and relationship ownership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and PM tools.
• Understanding of deployment or operations processes.
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects.
