📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Anaplan solutions in collaboration with internal teams and
• Act as primary point of contact for implementation, collaborating closely with all client
• Manage scope, risk, budget, and resources across complex programs to ensure high-quality delivery
• Drive key project decisions including design, testing, implementation schedule, and change
• Utilize strong negotiation skills for consensus building, conflict resolution, and maintaining
• Champion The Anaplan Way methodology to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in program or project management for complex enterprise-scale projects
• High communication skills in both Japanese and English (business level or above)
• Excellent customer-facing skills with ability to negotiate and coordinate with senior stakeholders
• Track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects under tight deadlines and budgets, and
• Proven ability to lead large projects with limited resources, strong problem-solving and risk
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
