Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage tactical and transformation projects and technology implementation throughout the project
• Identify, document, analyze, challenge internal & external customer requirements (if required)
• Undertake detailed project planning & documentation (defining project deliverables, success
• Ensure compliant with project governance and standards as stipulated in the PMO Governance
• Communicate the roles and responsibilities defined in the project organization structure.
• Resolution of issues and mitigation of risks without compromising the timeline.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Professional certification in project management is preferred, but certified PMP and/or certified
• At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects and system implementation / enhancement
• Technical project management skills, preferably with experience in managing transformation projects
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience or domain expertise in GI/Life insurance
• Experience in managing at least 5 full-time team members, excluding the implementation vendor.
