📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of new initiatives and working groups
• Manage projects from concept to launch and ongoing improvement
• Build engagement strategies, including community growth initiatives
• Coordinate creation and operation of new councils with stakeholders
• Develop processes and methodologies to improve efficiency
• Maintain communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in project management with planning & execution experience
• Proven track record launching initiatives, communities, or programs
• Experience managing online events (planning, coordination, execution)
• Process‑oriented mindset to create structure and improve workflows
• Excellent written and verbal English communications
• Professional, friendly, discreet client/stakeholder communication
