📋 Description

• Manage a software implementation project.
• Build strong relationships with government officials.
• Lead all phases from inception to completion.
• Plan, execute, and control scope, schedule, and budget.
• Track invoices and payments due to FreeBalance.
• Ensure documents and deliverables meet standards.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Admin, Financial Mgmt, Public Accounting, or Economics.
• Master's in Public Mgmt, Financial Mgmt, or IT is asset.
• Professional designation in PM, Public Mgmt, or Financial Mgmt required.
• ERP experience and government project experience required.
• Minimum 7 years in implementing Financial Management Systems.
• Eligible for Government of Canada Secret (Level I) clearance; bilingual English/French.
