📋 Description

• Act as engagement lead on customer engagements
• Communicate job expectations to the team while planning and reviewing work
• Enforce policies and procedures for each project
• Achieve objectives by strategic planning, action plans, and standards
• Forecast requirements, quote services, schedule expenditures, and analyze variances
• Mentor team members and supervise staff

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management and planning experience
• Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong ability to manage client expectations (scope, schedule, budget, satisfaction)
• Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
