Project Manager, Architecture

📋 Description

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project phases.
• Prepare the project schedule and weekly updates.
• Lead project health discussions with operations.
• Manage change orders and add services approvals.
• Assemble consultant team and manage contracts.
• Provide construction services (site visits and shop drawings).

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Architecture
• Diverse commercial experience: industrial, office, or retail
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• AutoCAD and Revit skills
• Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
• Thorough knowledge of building codes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
