📋 Description

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate phases of the project.
• Prepare the project schedule.
• Discuss the project health with the operations leader.
• Alert the Business Operations Manager to changing project conditions.
• Maintain and update the project planner for all phases of projects.
• Issue add services and get them approved in a timely manner.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
• Diverse commercial experience including Industrial, office, and/or retail project experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• AutoCAD and Revit skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
• Thorough knowledge of building codes
