Support the La Plaza PM in coordinating Load-In, Event Ops, and Load-Out.
Coordinate communications between suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
Monitor readiness of facilities: F&B outlets, bars, stages, seating, guest services.
Work with F&B operators and entertainment providers to ensure service delivery.
Monitor day-to-day operations and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams.
Maintain docs and deliverables: progress and incident reports, schedules, trackers.
