Project Manager, Baseball

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans (milestones, budgets, staffing).
• Coordinate tasks across Sales/Systems Eng, Procurement, Warehouse, TechOps.
• Identify and mitigate risks; maintain risk register and recovery plans.
• Work with Procurement/Warehouse to source hardware and kit lists.
• Manage shipping schedules; validate BoMs and kit completeness.
• Track contractor resource use for Phase 1 and handoffs to Phase 2.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex technical implementations or construction projects.
• Strong project-management skills; proficiency with planning tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; communicate with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to stadiums and labs (up to 25%).
• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar project-management certification.
• Familiarity with camera systems, networking and compute hardware.
