Project Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for day-to-day contract performance and coordinate
• Develop and maintain monthly review work plans, integrated schedules, workload forecasts, staffing
• Prepare executive-ready monthly status reports covering accomplishments, upcoming activities
• Assign and monitor recognition requests through technical review, applicant clarification, quality
• Establish and maintain governance routines, escalation paths, decision logs, action-item tracking
• Monitor performance against turnaround times, acceptance criteria, and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Healthcare
• At least 7 years of project or program management experience, including responsibility for
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams performing high-volume, deadline-driven
• Experience preparing executive-ready status reports, work plans, dashboards, and decision-support
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to client service and
