📋 Description

• Lead client engagements end-to-end using agile, scrum, or hybrid.
• Build project plans with scope, timelines, and budgets aligned to SOW.
• Manage scope, negotiate changes, and handle client approvals.
• Drive schedule and protect engagement economics.
• Own internal logistics: budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing, resources.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to the PM practice.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience, incl. 3+ years client-facing.
• 2+ years in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience managing software/tech engagements with teams of 5+.
• CSM or equivalent agile certification preferred.
• Ability to use agile, scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Budget management, forecasting, invoicing, and time tracking.
