• Hybrid PM/BA role in Energy, Utilities & Transportation practice
• Lead delivery, optimize processes, support AI transformation for clients
• Coordinate between business and technical teams; present to executives
• Run workshops, steering committees, and sprint ceremonies
• Identify AI opportunities and translate challenges into tech solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption and value realization

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical project management, business analysis, consulting, or client-facing roles
• Experience delivering complex business or technology transformation projects
• Strong PM fundamentals: planning, risk management, budgeting, stakeholder mgmt
• Experience documenting requirements, process flows, and user stories
• Facilitation of workshops; cross-functional stakeholder management
• Track record of process improvement or AI-enabled transformation
