Project Manager – Business Analytics

📋 Description

• Convert Data to Decisions: Query and interpret data (SQL and beyond) to track branch and expansion
• Drive High-Impact Analysis: Take ownership of analytical workstreams within larger real estate and
• Build Tools: Prototype dashboards, trackers, and lightweight internal tools — including using
• Optimize Operations: Identify inefficiencies in branch or expansion processes and help design and
• Coordinate Initiatives: Work closely with Purchasing, Expansion, Real Estate, and other

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, consulting, engineering, or a similarly analytical
• A background in Business Analytics, Management, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn messy data into clear
• Solid SQL skills and no hesitation writing or adapting your own queries.
• Comfort experimenting with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to build small internal
• Familiarity with BI or reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
