📋 Description

Lead CRO lab projects across disciplines to accelerate therapies
Client-facing role translating plans into action and results
Cross-functional leadership; manage timelines, budget, and scope

Mentor junior PMs and ensure regulatory/compliance alignment
Travel domestically/internationally (~10-25%) as needed

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life science or related field
PM experience in Central Laboratories (CRO/Pharma/Biotech)
Excellent listening and communication skills
Strong MS Office/MS365 proficiency
Strong project management, data analysis, and budgeting skills
Fluent English; able to travel; willing to work remotely
