Serve as main point of contact for day-to-day client relationship and service delivery
Coordinate and work with Associates to execute client research requests
Provide training to Associates on Advisor sourcing, recruiting, interaction, and screening
Work with Business Development teams to optimize client use of services
Collaborate with other Project Managers for industry guidance

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree
2+ years client-facing or account management experience
Previous experience managing a team
Right to work in the UK
Desire to work in KPI/metrics-driven role
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
