Project Manager - Colombia

📋 Description

• Lead client engagements end-to-end using agile, scrum, or hybrid as needed
• Build detailed project plans with scope, timelines, resources, budgets
• Manage scope against the SOW; negotiate changes and handle change orders
• Drive project schedules and protect engagement economics from overruns
• Own internal logistics: budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing coordination
• Maintain PM compliance and provide weekly status updates and risk management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional PM experience
• 3+ years in a client-facing PM role
• 2+ years in consulting or professional services
• Experience managing software/tech engagements with teams of 5+
• CSM or equivalent agile certification preferred
• Ability to use agile, scrum, or hybrid methods
