Project Manager, Configuration Management

📋 Description

• Create, enter, maintain, and track Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and associated PLM records
• Review ECO submissions for completeness, accuracy, required documentation, and adherence to
• Coordinate ECO routing, approvals, and follow-up across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain
• Proactively identify stalled, incomplete, or inconsistent change requests and work with
• Support the release and revision of parts, assemblies, drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics for ECO throughput, backlog, cycle time, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, information systems, or
• Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to perform high-accuracy, process-driven
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with structured data, spreadsheets, and technical documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and follow defined processes.
• A collaborative approach and comfort working with technical and operational stakeholders.
