Project Manager, Consumer Products – Maternal Care

📋 Description

• Manage complex cross-functional consumer product programs, including new product development
• Partner with industrial design, engineering, marketing, and supply chain teams to define product
• Act as a force multiplier for functional leaders by identifying risks, assessing potential impacts
• Incorporate voice-of-customer insights and feedback from mothers throughout the product development
• Coordinate packaging, retail, and direct-to-consumer launch readiness activities, including
• Develop clear recommendations, build stakeholder alignment, and facilitate timely decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in project or program management
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Experience taking consumer hardware or CPG products through the complete lifecycle, from concept
• Successfully partnered with marketing, industrial design, engineering, and supply chain teams to
• Experience in maternal health, baby products, wellness, or a related consumer category is a plus.
• Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SmartSheet
