📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for technical commercial real estate initiatives, including IT
• Partner directly with clients to establish project scope, delivery resources, budgets, cost
• Collaborate with project teams to document IT requirements and define appropriate technology
• Lead resource selection by working with pre-qualified providers, managing requests for proposals
• Establish and maintain project documentation governance aligned with client and organizational

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5–8 years of relevant project management experience; equivalent
• PMP, LEED AP, and/or CCM certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing IT construction projects involving network design and setup
• General knowledge of commercial leases, contracts, construction practices, and the ability to
