Project Manager (Costa Rica)

📋 Description

• Support the Project with all aspects of the implementation.
• Maintain strong relationships with government reps and officials.
• Lead all phases of programs from inception to completion.
• Plan and execute programs to meet contract scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage day-to-day project operations, schedules, and deliverables.
• English and Spanish language fluency mandatory.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 15+ years in end-to-end projects for core business systems.
• 5+ years as PM in energy sector, regulated markets, transformations.
• At least 4 projects in Latin America of similar complexity.
• Experience implementing software solutions in the public sector (2 projects in 10y).
• English and Spanish language fluency mandatory.
