Project Manager (CXAI)

📋 Description

• Lead 5–8 projects across digital transformation and AI tooling.
• Plan and manage end-to-end technology implementations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and budgets; ensure delivery.
• Oversee vendor integrations (Fuel iX, Sanas) and timelines.
• Run regular stakeholder meetings across geographies.
• Track KPIs, adoption, and progress; report to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as project/program leader (PM/PMO/BA/PO/SM).
• English fluency (written and spoken).
• Proven digital transformation delivery with exec stakeholders.
• Led multi-disciplinary teams on tech deployments.
• Experience with enterprise PM and AI tools: Monday.com, Google Workspace, Anthropic/Claude, Gemini Enterprise.
• Strong stakeholder management, Agile experience; Certifications (CSM/CSPO/PMP/SA/SPC).
