Project Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage PMO work streams across complex, high-impact projects.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify owners, dependencies, risks, milestones, and next actions.
• Monitor progress across work streams, flag risks, and protect delivery timelines.
• Unblock teams by clarifying ownership, chasing inputs, escalating decisions, and providing hands-on support.
• Curate governance materials including packs, progress updates, logs, dashboards, and RAID/risk registers.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years' experience in project management, PMO, management consulting, business transformation, or similar delivery-focused role.
• Experience supporting complex projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and work streams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Proactive and autonomous, able to drive results in a lean, fast-moving environment.
• Resilient and relationship-led, able to build trust without formal authority.
• Able to distill complex updates into succinct, actionable, high-impact written communication.
